Stamp duty spotlight: the best Richmond properties under £500k

Chancellor Rishi Sunak’s recent announcement that the first £500,000 of any property purchase will be exempt from stamp duty is exciting news for anyone hoping to make a purchase in Richmond before the end of March.

Richmond and the surrounding areas of Kew,  Mortlake, Twickenham and North Sheen are brilliant places to buy.
