– Comprehensive marketing including professional photography and advertising on major portals

– Access to over 4,000 tenants actively searching across our database at any one time

– Verifying tenant identities and organising tenant referencing checks if required by the landlord

– Organisation of pre-tenancy clean and inventory check-in if required by the landlord

– Collection of rent and handling of associated fees and taxes

– Administering and holding deposits as a stakeholder and in line with current legislation

– Organisation of Gas Safety Certificates if required by the landlord
