After a testing year in the world of property, it’s a delight to share that we have won two industry awards for 2022!
In November, we were awarded the ‘Marketing Campaign of the Year’ award at the annual The Negotiator awards. The award is an industry acknowledgement of the brilliant creativity of our infamous ‘Matching People and Property’ campaign, which celebrates the diversity of London’s people and properties.
The awards were a fantastic evening held at Grosvenor House in Mayfair, hosted by Grant Leonard and presented by actor and comedian Stephen Mangan, who certainly kept the crowd entertained. As you can see by the photos, we were ecstatic to be crowned the winners after competing with a range of estate agents across the UK.

Not long after coming down from the high of winning gold at The Negotiator Awards, we’re proud to announce that we won another award for our Matching People and Property campaign at The Drum Out of Home Awards!
The Drum Awards for OOH advertising celebrate the campaigns, people and companies driving innovation, creativity and excellence around the world. Here’s what they had to say about our campaign:
