Our local Brixton estate agency office is located on Coldharbour Lane. Continuing on from Marsh & Parsons’ long establishment in Clapham and Balham, the Brixton team offers both residential sales and lettings services throughout this lively part of town.
The majority of properties here are beautiful period conversions, within the historic Georgian and Victorian terraces which line Brixton’s streets, but there is also a tremendous amount of ongoing development, making the area a hive of activity.
Our Brixton office is one of 27 interconnected Marsh & Parsons offices all over London. The Brixton team works especially closely with our other South London offices in nearby Clapham, Tooting, Balham and Battersea, as well as our other branches, like Kennington and Streatham Hill, to form a dedicated local network of estate agents.
