Acting to protect consumers and their money. Much of our lettings team hold an ARLA qualification, as well as our Property & Tenancy Management, Renewals and Corporate & Relocation Services departments.

As members, we can resolve disputes referred by landlords or tenants fairly, and all members of staff are made familiar with the ‘Code of Practice for Residential Estate Agents’.

All deposits are held in respect of Assured Shorthold tenancies with The Tenant Deposit Scheme. As members of The Dispute Service, tenants and landlords benefit from cost-free deposit arbitration service.

Anti-Money Laundering Supervision

Marsh & Parsons has an Anti-Money Laundering Officer and Deputy who ensure that all Money Laundering regulations are adhered to. All new members of staff are required to complete anti-money laundering training and pass examination, then complete a refresher course and examination yearly.

Property Misdescriptions Act & Consumer Protection Regulations (CPRS)

All sales staff undergo comprehensive training in CPRS and are required to complete an annual examination of restrictions regarding property advertising.
