Marsh & Parsons has an Anti-Money Laundering Officer and Deputy who ensure that all Money Laundering regulations are adhered to. All new members of staff are required to complete anti-money laundering training and pass examination, then complete a refresher course and examination yearly.
All sales staff undergo comprehensive training in CPRS and are required to complete an annual examination of restrictions regarding property advertising.
