Leading London Estate Agent Marsh & Parsons Launches Design Partnership with J&D Design
Marsh & Parsons, London’s leading Estate Agent, has established a new partnership with award-winning research-led design practice J&D Design.
The design partnership will bring a new dimension to both parties’ propositions, by providing clients with a personalised service and something unique. J&D Design are specialists in the application of colour and design for residential and commercial spaces creating inspiring environments to live and work. Jane Duncan’s previous background research in colour and design for healthcare and wellbeing forms a significant cornerstone of J&D Design.
J&D Design will be providing a comprehensive bespoke design service for Marsh & Parsons’ clients – those selling, letting, buying or renting. This will include interior design, commissioning of artworks, lighting schemes and garden landscaping.
For time and budget conscious clients, they are also offering a remote E-Design and styling service. Clients will receive written design advice and a shopping resources list. For people who prefer a ‘quick hit’, this can be a more cost-effective, convenient and time-efficient solution. E-Design vouchers are also available – the perfect gift for special occasions such as a new home, wedding, baby shower, birthday or anniversary.
To mark the launch of the new partnership, J&D Design are providing an exclusive offer for all new Marsh & Parsons clients registering for sales or lettings. E-Design services will be available at the special price of £200 (smaller room e.g. nursery, single bedroom), or £300 (larger room e.g. living room, master bedroom).
J&D Design will also be working with Marsh & Parsons to curate interesting and insightful content, for their blog, incorporating the latest design and colour scheme trends.
