“I only wish I had instructed Marsh and Parsons first!
Marsh & Parsons have provided an outstanding service in the sale of my house. I originally instructed another estate agent back in May 2017, and only wish I had gone with Marsh & Parsons from the outset.

I had had an initial meeting with John-Paul Burrough of Marsh & Parsons earlier in 2017 who had given me a suggested valuation. The other agent then provided a higher valuation, and I instructed them. As it turned out, John-Paul was spot-on, and if I had instructed them, I have no doubt I would have achieved the value he had estimated, or close to it.

Having instructed the other agents, I was then locked into a 20-week contract and achieved very few viewings. I was repeatedly forced to lower the asking price, with still no luck. They were hard to contact, dismissive of my concerns and applied a factory-like approach, unlike the tailored, personal approach of Marsh & Parsons. By the end of the 20 weeks I had still had very few viewings and no offers, not even bad offers.

Within 2 weeks of instructing Marsh & Parsons I had had more viewings than during the entire 20 weeks with the other agents. John-Paul and his team were friendly, efficient, extremely professional, and took all the stress out of the sale process. Within 3 weeks I had had an offer, followed shortly by 2 further offers. I have now exchanged contracts for the sale of my house and am due to complete shortly. I have no doubt that none of this would have been achieved without the amazing service of Marsh & Parsons, led by John-Paul, and I owe them a huge thanks.”
