Press Release: Marsh & Parsons arrives in Islington
Wed 02 Aug 2017
Marsh & Parsons will be opening a new office in Islington this autumn.
The new office, located at 154-155 Upper Street near the Islington Assembly Hall, will be the third Marsh & Parsons office in north London following the opening of Camden in 2014 and Tufnell Park in 2016.
Upon opening, Islington will represent the company’s fourth new location in 20 months – following the unveiling of the Tooting, Tufnell Park and Brixton offices – and brings the total number to 27 in addition to their Head Office, and New Homes office in Soho.
To celebrate the opening, the Islington team is offering local homeowners a 0% fee on any property sales in the first 3 months of opening. This is a significant discount from the standard 2% commission, which could save local sellers an average of £16,348 on their sale .
David Brown, Chief Executive at Marsh & Parsons, comments:
“We are thrilled to be reinforcing our concentration of offices in north and east London following the opening of our first, in Camden, in October 2014. Islington connects our operations in Shoreditch to those in Camden and Tufnell Park, and will improve our service proposition for this area of London. Our story may have begun in Kensington, but after our recent phase of expansion we are now represented at all four points of the compass in London, from Richmond to Shoreditch, and from Tufnell Park to Tooting.
“Our 0% commission offer has proved to be a successful way to introduce ourselves to previous neighbourhoods and we are looking forward to meeting our new Islington customers in September.”
