Fees for Landlords

Tenancy charges may vary, depending on the agreement we have with you, so it’s best to ask your local Marsh & Parsons office for a full breakdown of costs.

Premium Management & Lettings Service

Long Let (6 months or more): 18%+VAT (21.6% inc. VAT)

Comprehensive Management & Lettings Service

Long Let (6 months or more): 16%+VAT (19.2% inc. VAT)
Short Let (less than 6 months): 24%+VAT (28.8% inc. VAT)

Lettings Service Only (including rent collection)

Long Let (6 months or more): 10%+VAT (12% inc. VAT)

Tenancy Renewals

Premium Management & Renewals Service

Long Let (6 months or more): 17%+VAT (20.4% inc. VAT)

Comprehensive Management & Renewals Service

Long Let (6 months or more): 15%+VAT (18% inc. VAT)
Short Let (less than 6 months): 24%+VAT (28.8% inc. VAT)

  • Professional Tenant Referencing: £54 per reference.  Guarantor References £27 per reference.

Fees for tenants

In line with the Tenant Fees Act 2019, as of 1st June 2019, we are not charging our tenants any administration fees.
