Marsh & Parsons’ operating practices

January 2021 Update

Following the Prime Minister’s recent announcement of a nationwide lockdown, we wanted to establish what this means for you when buying, selling, letting or renting with Marsh & Parsons.

The Government has confirmed that renters and homeowners will still be able to move and that estate agents can continue to operate during the lockdown period.

As a result, our front office network will remain open and you will be able to reach our teams through all of our regular communication channels.

Risk assessments

Marsh & Parsons has carried out full risk assessments in order to keep both our employees and customers safe. If you require a copy of the COVID-19 risk assessment that was carried out prior to us undertaking any in-person viewings and valuations,  please click here. Test and Trace data

To support NHS Test and Trace in England, Test and Protect in Scotland and Test, Trace, Protect in Wales, organisations and businesses can volunteer to collect contact details – and maintain records of – staff, customers and visitors to their premises. Participation in this scheme for both businesses and individuals is voluntary.  Just so you know, we always record customer enquiries in our customer database in order to provide our services to you and your rights over the use of your data remain unchanged and are outlined in our Privacy Notice. On request from the relevant Government Agency, we will provide your contact information to support the wider public interest objectives of suppressing the spread of the Covid-19 virus. Please let us know if you would prefer for us not to share your data in this way.
