All Marsh & Parsons’ offices are open as normal and we remain dedicated to maintaining the safety of our staff, clients and customers throughout the pandemic. We have a number of processes in place to ensure this. In line with current government guidelines face masks must be worn within our offices at all times, unless you are exempt.

Risk assessments
Marsh & Parsons carries out regular risk assessments in order to keep both our employees and customers safe. If you require a copy of our COVID-19 risk assessment prior to us undertaking any in-person viewings or valuations, please click here. Test and Trace data
To support NHS Test and Trace in England, Test and Protect in Scotland and Test, Trace, Protect in Wales, organisations and businesses can volunteer to collect contact details – and maintain records of staff, customers and visitors to their premises. Marsh & Parsons is participating in this scheme, which is voluntary for both businesses and individuals. To keep your information secure, all enquiries are logged within our customer database. Your rights over the use of your personal data remain unchanged. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Notice.
We may provide your details on certain requests from relevant Government Agencies, in order to support the wider public interest objective – that is, suppressing the spread of coronavirus. Please let us know if you would not like to share your data in this way.
