The start of 2021 saw the return of our core ‘Matching people and property’ campaign, with the introduction of some new characters.

June saw the release of a new Pride ad to celebrate Pride Month.
We released our ‘If it’s coming home, it deserves somewhere nice to live’ line to coincide with England’s first match in the delayed Euro 2020 tournament.
After the team won each stage we quickly created a new ad to capture the anticipation and emotion that many felt as the final came within reach.
Londoners also saw our lines travel through the city on buses, to their delight – or in some cases, dismay.
