Our negotiators enjoy unlimited earning potential in a supportive and exciting environment. Depending on the role, we also offer some of the best benefits in the industry, from private healthcare to company cars (Toyota Yaris, VW Golf or Polo at entry level) a holiday bonus scheme and accrual of time in lieu.
As well as the normal daily and weekly department meetings, the whole company meets once a month to share performance stats, award prizes for outstanding expression of our company values, and celebrate successes. We host twice-yearly staff awards ceremonies to celebrate the exceptional talent at Marsh & Parsons, and acknowledge the hard work our teams put in day-to-day.
There is a continuous flow of incentives – whether it’s an invitation to attend one of our bi-annual, all-expenses-paid trips*, a dinner with the company Directors, winning an iPad or a bottle of champagne – there’s always something to work toward.
*We host two incentive trips to luxurious and fun locations abroad each year – in summer and winter. We’ve enjoyed everything from sun-seeking in the Algarve, skiing in La Clusaz and yacht-watching in Monte Carlo.
