Press release: Marsh & Parsons opens 26th branch in Tufnell Park

Marsh & Parsons will be unveiling a new branch in Tufnell Park on Monday 23rd May 2016 as part of their growth plans into north west London.

This opening strategically follows the successful launch of their Camden office in 2014, and represents the second new office for Marsh & Parsons in 2016 so far, after opening in Tooting at the beginning of the year.

The office, on Fortess Road, was secured just seven weeks ago and having undergone an extensive refurbishment program costing 160,000, the office will mirror the elegant design and style of all Marsh & Parsons’ 26 office-locations.

To celebrate the opening, the Tufnell Park team are offering their first 100 clients a 0% sales fee until Friday 12th August. This is an impressive discount from the standard commission, saving local sellers an average 13,050 per sale [1].

The sales office will be run by Andrew Milsom, who brings almost nine years’ experience of working in the north London property market and his wealth of local knowledge will help to get the office off on the best possible footing.
