Marsh & Parsons will be celebrating their 25th branch this month, unveiling a new office in Tooting.
Opening on January 11th 2016, the Tooting office will further strengthen the business in South West London, and complement its existing presence around Balham, Battersea and Clapham. The site on Upper Tooting Road has been extensively remodelled at a cost of £200,000, in order to mirror the elegant design of other existing offices.
The Tooting office will be a landmark launch for Marsh & Parsons as their first new opening in 2016, and will also be their 25th branch within the capital. Following the estate agencys successful openings in Queens Park and Shoreditch in 2015, Marsh & Parsons plan on launching a further three new offices throughout the year as part of their continuing growth strategy.
To celebrate the opening, Marsh & Parsons will be offering homeowners in the area a special 0% sales fee in the first three months, until 24th March 2016. This is an impressive discount from the standard 2% commission, saving local customers approximately 13,100 per sale on average.
Peter Rollings, Chief Executive at Marsh & Parsons, comments: Its a case of New Year, new branch for Marsh & Parsons and were starting 2016 as we mean to go on. Weve been around in the London property market since 1856, and its only fitting that our landmark 25th branch should be opening in our traditional south west London stronghold. With fast transport links into Central London, a vibrant high street, and the greenery of the common, Tooting is firmly on the radar for buyers and tenants as offering better value for money, and was a logical progression for us to extend our reach from nearby Balham and Clapham. But the celebrations wont stop for us in January, and this is just the first phase in our exciting plans for expansion in 2016.
“Our tried and tested 0% sales commission campaign is designed to give homeowners a juicy taster of the exceptional customer service and results we deliver, and get the locals talking about us and spreading the word. Historically, it has proved a popular way to introduce ourselves to a new neighbourhood and having already been part of the local property scene via our Balham office for many years, we’re really looking forward to meeting many more buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants when we open our doors in the New Year.
John-Paul Burrough will be taking up the position of sales manager for the Tooting office. Prior to this, he was a senior sales negotiator at their Balham branch, so he brings a wealth of local expertise to the role.
The lettings manager for Tooting will be Charlie Crane, who has worked at Marsh & Parsons for over three years most recently as a letting valuer in the Balham office.
