Marsh & Parsons, overall winner of Estate Agency of the Year 2016 [1], is pleased to announce the opening of its new office in Brixton. The office, located on Coldharbour Lane SW9, will be fully operational from Monday 16th January 2017.
Complementing existing Marsh and Parsons branches in Clapham, Balham and Tooting, the new Brixton office represents an integral part of their expansion strategy. It follows the successful launch of new offices in Tooting and Tufnell Park, bringing the overall number of branches to 28.
To celebrate the opening, Marsh & Parsons will be offering homeowners in the area a special 0% sales fee until Friday 7th April 2017. This is a significant discount from the standard 2% commission charged on a sole agency basis (2.5% joint sole; 3% multiple) and will save local customers approximately £11,400 per sale on average [2].
