Press Release: 09 May 2019
Marsh & Parsons, one of London’s long-established estate agents, has further expanded its network with the opening of a new office at 113-117 Streatham Hill, London SW2 4UG.
Occupying a prime position on Streatham Hill, this will be Marsh & Parsons 31st office in London. Marsh & Parsons has an established presence in the area, having operated a sales and lettings service via its nearby network of offices in Tooting, Balham and Brixton, but the steady increase in demand for their services in Streatham itself meant it made sense to launch a dedicated office.
To celebrate, the Streatham Hill sales team is offering 0% commission – potentially saving local residents an average of £10,000 on their sale.
The Sales department will be headed up by Stacey Blacker, who joined Marsh & Parsons in 2017, and was previously Sales Manager for their Shoreditch office. Prior to this Stacey worked for a competitor for seven years in the South London region. She is a local resident herself with extensive knowledge of the area.
Meanwhile, Charlotte Whitmarsh has been appointed as Lettings Manager. Charlotte previously worked as a Lettings Manager in both Tooting and Battersea offices since joining Marsh & Parsons in 2015.
Patrick Littlemore, Chief Executive at Marsh & Parsons, comments: “Our continued expansion in carefully selected London locations, in line with our stated strategy to grow our office network to 36, reinforces our confidence in the long-term health of the London market.
“We are delighted to be adding to our network of London offices. Streatham Hill connects our operations in Tooting, Brixton, Balham, Clapham and Battersea, and will further enhance our proposition in this area.
“Both Stacey Blacker and Charlotte Whitmarsh have an impressive knowledge of the local market, which will be instrumental in helping to successfully launch the new office. Our 0% commission offer has proved to be a successful way to introduce exciting new instructions to the market.”
The Streatham Hill office is now officially open. This latest new opening follows other new offices in Chiswick and Willesden Green earlier this year.
