Marsh & Parsons boosts presence in NW London

Marsh & Parsons is continuing its advance across the capital with another office opening, the agencys second of
2016 so far and 26th to date.

The Fortress Road site was only secured about seven weeks ago and is being remodelled at a cost of 160k. The
sales office is to be headed up by Andrew Milsom, who brings nearly nine years experience in the north London
market.

Liza-Jane Kelly, Sales Director at Marsh & Parsons: Its already been an exciting year for Marsh & Parsons, and
after expanding further south, weve now firmly set our sights to the north. Marsh & Parsons has always
traditionally been synonymous with the prime central London property markets and were thrilled to be extending
this excellent reputation to all corners of the capital. The Tufnell Park office is the perfect complement to our
existing Camden office, where we deal with a steady stream of movers who see Tufnell Park as a great place to
settle as their family grows. Our tried and tested 0% commission offer is an excellent way to quickly introduce our
brand and award-winning customer service to the local market and is always very well received by the local
community.

Anna Ambrose, Area Lettings Director at Marsh & Parsons: Via our Camden office, were already carrying out
rental valuations through our growing network of landlords, so it felt like the natural next step to open an office
here. This way, well be able to offer an even better service to both our clients and prospering number of tenants
who are increasingly flexible about the location they settle in. We find that many tenants may start their search in
Camden, but very quickly forfeit the extra tube stop to get more space for their money. That said, Tufnell Park is
growing in popularity in its own right and were really looking forward to joining the local community in May!
