Meet the management team:
Sales
The sales department is managed by David Hill, a Marsh & Parsons veteran who has successfully launched and established several of our offices. A local resident, David has lived in numerous parts of Chiswick for over 15 years, including the Glebe Estate and Bedford Park. Now residing in Chiswick Park, David enjoys an enviably short commute to work from nearby Kingswood Road.
David is a passionate Chiswickian through-and-through and has played for the local rugby team for more than 10 years. We asked David why Chiswick is his favourite part of London and, besides the restaurants and bars, he cites Chiswick’s famous village feel. This, it seems, is true with many residents and, according to David, a large portion of the area’s buyers and sellers are also loyal locals looking to either up- or down-size.
Lettings
Our Chiswick lettings department is managed by Kate McArdle who, originally from Yorkshire, describes Chiswick as a ‘home from home’ with its open green spaces and village feel. Kate is already getting to know landlords in the area and has successfully matched tenants to their ideal properties, many of whom were registered in neighbouring offices.
With many international businesses operating out of Chiswick Park, the area continues to grow in popularity with young professionals. Marsh & Parsons’ Corporate and Relocation Services department, the largest of its kind in London, allows landlords to benefit from a central point of contact and long-term tenancies for their investment property, with tenants who will pay the best price and look after their home. Indeed, we have already found a corporate tenant from a well-known pharmaceutical company their new home through our Relocation department.

Engaging with and supporting local communities is at the heart of Marsh & Parsons ethos. Indeed, the team really enjoyed meeting and getting to know locals at our office open day recently.
For over ten years, we have built strong relationships with many local schools, charities and organisations. We’re delighted to announce our newest partnership with St. Mary’s RC Primary School, who we’re looking forward to working with on upcoming events, including their summer fair on the 23rd June. Our community engagement team will be offering assistance in the designing and printing of promotional materials as well as providing expertise in the planning and execution of the event. They’ll also be there on the day to give hands-on support, alongside the local office team.
