It’s that time of year again, when kids are constantly hyper on sweets and adults can embrace their inner child and dress up in outrageous and scary outfits (Heidi Klum we’re looking at you!). Halloween is right around the corner, and many of you are already busy carving pumpkins, adorning your houses with ghostly decorations and watching Hocus Pocus on repeat.
To celebrate one of our favourite holidays, we’ve taken inspiration from our properties and picked five properties that have that extra bit of magic about them.
It may just be seen as a beautiful, imposing turret for the other 11 months of the year, but in October this two-bedroom property in Mysore Road, Battersea is unarguably topped with a witch’s hat!

This stunning church conversion is located a stone’s throw from Hampstead Heath. Whilst the brilliant architecture of the building is breath-taking, we have a feeling that on Hallows’ Eve there may be a few spooky ghouls lurking around.
Gifford Street, N1
This quirky one-bedroom property is set in a converted coach house near King’s Cross. It’s hard to deny that the dark interiors and the stormy mirror would make any witch feel at home. We can just imagine Bellatrix Lestrange making herself at home here.
Set inside the All Souls Church conversion in Little Venice, the gothic design of this two-bedroom apartment, which is complemented by cherry wood and dark interiors, could easily be the home of a modern-day vampire.
Whilst this unique property is not currently on the market, we couldn’t write a Halloween blog without mentioning it. The gothic-inspired interior of this two-bedroom apartment would make the perfect setting for a sleek Halloween party. Can’t you just imagine Dracula plotting his world domination from that chaise longue?
