AMP’s training programmes incorporate cardio, strength, mobility, nutrition and recovery. Members can take part in small group training lessons, group fitness classes, and one-to-one personal training sessions. Coaches have access to these results to ensure that their clients get the best results.

AMP’s brand new gym space, near to Marylebone High Street, has a huge range of state-of-the-art equipment including a 30M sled track, Concept2 rowers and Keiser M31 Indoor bikes, and has facilities including fully equipped changing rooms and a medical centre with medical experts and soft tissue specialists on hand.

Currently AMP’s offering is online. Their introductory offer to AMP TV- which gives you access to unlimited live coached sessions and unlimited on-demand workouts, as well as an online body assessment- costs £149 for unlimited access for 30 days.
