Having worked in the central London property market for many years, David joined Marsh & Parsons' in 2010 and now runs our Chelsea office. He enjoys the varied style of architecture found in Chelsea, each street with its own story to tell, not to mention the eclectic mix of clients he deals with from all corners of the globe. David's detailed understanding of different cultures and customs gained through extensive travel around the world has certainly come in handy in this international area of London.
A keen follower of F1 and cricket, David is a keen sportsman himself, having previously played Rugby for both Yorkshire and Nottingham, and now plays for Chiswick. When relaxing, he loves to catch up with friends in Chelsea for a pint of two, The Admiral Codrington on Mossop Street being a favourite watering hole!

Maya is originally from Russia and finished her education in New Zealand where she gained a Bachelor of Commerce degree at The University of Auckland. She moved to London in 2007 where she embarked on her career as an estate agent working in the fast paced City & East London lettings markets. She joined the Marsh & Parsons Notting Hill Lettings team in 2009, which provided her with a valuable insight into the Central London Lettings Market. She was promoted to Assistant Manager in July 2012 and in December of the same year, was promoted to Lettings Manager of Marsh & Parsons' Chelsea office.
Maya loves everything about the area – the friendly atmosphere, the liveliness of the King's Road and Fulham Road, and of course the diverse and international element of working in Chelsea. Away from the daily challenges of work, Maya likes to unwind by practising Yoga as often as she can.
