A competitive swimmer from a young age, William won a sports scholarship to Millfield School in Somerset where he swam at a national level. Following this, he joined Deutsche Morgan Grenfell in 1995, deciding a few years later to travel the world aboard a luxury cruise liner as an excursions manager. On his return in 2001, he worked for a well established estate agent in Pimlico, moving to the Marsh & Parsons Kensington office in 2005. Following a promotion, William was then responsible for opening and building the new Pimlico office, just one month after the recession started. Despite the difficult market, William was successful, putting this down to his earlier relentless training days of becoming a professional athlete.

Maya is originally from Russia and finished her education in New Zealand where she gained a Bachelor of Commerce degree at The University of Auckland. She moved to London in 2007 where she embarked on her career as an estate agent working in the fast paced City & East London lettings markets. She joined the Marsh & Parsons Notting Hill Lettings team in 2009, which provided her with a valuable insight into the Central London Lettings Market. She was promoted to Assistant Manager in July 2012 and in December of the same year, was promoted to Lettings Manager of Marsh & Parsons' Chelsea office.
Maya loves everything about the area – the friendly atmosphere, the liveliness of the King's Road and Fulham Road, and of course the diverse and international element of working in Chelsea. Away from the daily challenges of work, Maya likes to unwind by practising Yoga as often as she can.

Chris moved to London from Australia in 2004 and immediately began his career in property with a well known London estate agent. Joining Marsh & Parsons in 2008, he has worked in a number of our central London offices namely Pimlico, Kensington and North Kensington. Chris is now the Assistant Lettings Manager of both our South Kensington and Chelsea offices, and having been a local resident for the last four years, has expert local know-how, making him the perfect matchmaker between landlords and tenants.
Chris enjoys the cultural assets of the local area, regularly visiting the Natural History Museum, V & A and the Science Museum. He loves the central position of South Kensington and the ease of been able to get to many different parts of London.
