Paul Price - Associate Director & Sales Manager

On leaving college as a trained chef, Paul decided in 1994 to move to the Canary Islands to work in the world of property. Five years later, and fluent in Spanish, he moved back to London and joined a Chiswick based estate agent. In 2006, Paul joined Marsh & Parsons' flagship branch in Notting Hill, but after a well deserved promotion, moved to manage the Brook Green office a year later. In 2011, Paul was promoted to Associate Director of Marsh & Parsons.
He describes Brook Green and Brackenbury Village as being a nice "surprise" in London as it is still relatively unknown compared to its neighbouring Hammersmith, Holland Park and Shepherds Bush, retaining a true community spirit, making it a great place to work. His favourite street in Brook Green is Applegarth Road W14, just behind Sterndale Road, which boasts beautiful, grand Victorian houses on a quiet, tucked away cul de sac. Paul likes to spend most of his spare time with his children, but when he gets the chance, he loves to take his Triumph mortorbike to Brands Hatch for a track day. His favourite place for a drink after work is the Queens Head on Brook Green – cosy in the winter, and a great beer garden for the summer.

After graduating from Robert Gordon's Aberdeen University in Hospitality Management, Graeme moved to London in 2002 to open a bar in Clapham, which he managed for three years. Following this, he decided to pursue his interest in property, working initially for a well known estate agent in Battersea. After two and a half years he joined Marsh & Parsons and has been working as a Lettings Manager since January 2007, firstly in the Clapham office and then moving to Battersea in June 2008 where he continued to contribute to strengthening the Marsh & Parsons brand 'south of the river.' Graeme is now the Senior Lettings Manager of the Brook Green office and in June 2012 was promoted to Associate Director of Marsh & Parsons.
Graeme is likely to go to Brook's Deli to grab a quick lunch, but after work his favourite place to unwind is the Havelock Inn. Graeme is really passionate about developing customer service and client relations with his local clients, especially in such a family orientated neighbourhood.
