Rose studied for a BA in Business and Languages, majoring in Spanish at the Dublin Institute of Technology. Soon after graduating, Rose started her career as an estate agent. She has been in the industry for over 10 years, working for some well known estate agents at management level before joining Marsh & Parsons. Rose started in our flagship office in Notting Hill and soon after was promoted to be the Sales Manager of the Battersea office. In December 2012, Rose was promoted to Senior Sales Manager.
Rose enjoys the buzz of the Northcote Road and the style and history of the property in Battersea with its village atmosphere. At weekends, Rose can often be found relaxing or walking in one of the many beautiful parks that surround the area, shopping at the local shops on the Northcote Road or catching up with friends in one of area's many popular cafes or restaurants - Gail's being a particular favourite!

Originally from York, Emma Graduated with a degree in Spanish & Portuguese from Bristol University, a course which involved living in South America for one year. Following her studies, Emma entered the world of London property, specialising in the areas surrounding the Common. She has lived in Battersea for a number of years so understands the area from a resident's perspective, ensuring she can offer the best advice and consistently deliver above and beyond for her clients.
Emma loves the Northcote Road, especially for a spot of shopping and describes the area as having a '"great buzz and friendly village atmosphere". At weekends when grabbing a bite to eat with friends, Emma highly recommends Pizza Metro on Battersea Rise, which is "simply yummy". She is also a regular gym-goer and frequently makes use of the nearby tennis courts.
