Property Manager
The Property Management Department at Marsh & Parsons is an integral part of our impressive lettings division and provides a vital point of contact for landlords and tenants whilst managing a substantial portfolio of residential properties throughout central, west and south London. The role of a Property Manager at Marsh & Parsons is a varied one that requires the ability to liaise with clients, tenants, suppliers and colleagues at all levels. The successful candidate will ideally have at least one years experience in order to offer a thorough knowledge of all aspects of property management and the entire lettings process but a former lettings negotiator/manager would also be considered.

Tenancy Manager
Working within our Property Management Department at our Hammersmith Head Office, we are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our busy team. Excellent customer service skills are crucial as well as fantastic organisational abilities and great attention to detail. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious individual who will work closely with our clients and customers to provide the best possible service. Saturday Office Coordinator
We are currently looking for a Saturday Office Coordinator. The role would include working every Saturday between the hours of 9:50am and 4pm. Main responsibilities include assisting both the sales and lettings teams, meeting and greeting visitors to the office, coordinating reception, answering telephone calls and applicant registration. First impressions are fundamental in this role, so we are looking for a well presented, confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills. Previous experience although an advantage is not essential. If you can commit to working every Saturday and have an interest in property and customer service we would love to hear from you.
