I have no doubt that Marsh & Parsons will continue to thrive, and I wish all at Marsh & Parsons and the wider LSL Group every success in the future”.

During his time at Marsh & Parsons, David has overseen the ongoing expansion of the business across London, growing the number of offices from 24 to 28 and delivered excellent trading results. I would like to take this opportunity to thank David for his substantial contribution to both Marsh & Parsons and the wider LSL Group over the last 26 years.”
David is being replaced by Patrick Littlemore, who is appointed as CEO of Marsh & Parsons with effect from 9th May 2018. Patrick has 17 years’ estate agency experience and has been with Marsh & Parsons since 2006. Appointed Lettings Director in 2011, Patrick has built and led Marsh & Parsons’ award-winning Lettings and Property Management business which has consistently delivered excellent financial results. Remarking on his new appointment, Patrick Littlemore said:
“I’m absolutely delighted to be taking over as CEO of Marsh & Parsons. Having been part of its growth over the last 12 years, I am incredibly passionate about the business. Our strong brand, unique culture and exceptional people have helped to establish Marsh & Parsons as one of London’s and the world’s leading estate agencies. I am working with a focused, dynamic and aligned leadership team and I can’t wait to get going.”
