In turn, we offer our buyers and tenants more choice - an approach that helps our teams collaborate to deliver the best possible results for our clients. We not only share the database but actively encourage our 335 experienced people to sell or let properties listed with any of our offices. This means that our staff have a greater opportunity to be successful, and our clients have more people working on their behalf. Subsequently, over 20% of our properties are sold or let by negotiators based in a different office – exposure that our clients will almost certainly not have had using another agency.

In 1856’ highlights our brand heritage and is also the perfect accompaniment for ‘The only way is Ethics’ – indeed, there are not many ways to demonstrate legacy without sounding archaic and stuffy, and the assimilation of modern popular culture helps to communicate our heritage and experience perfectly. Meanwhile, our ‘Matching People and Property’ creatives depict extraordinary characters and describe them using property descriptions. They’re an amusing way to illustrate our understanding of the vast spectrum of people, and properties, that we deal with.
