Once we’ve found the perfect tenant for your property, we’ll start preparing the tenancy agreement right away. The tenancy charges may vary, depending on the agreement we have with you, so it’s best to ask your local Marsh & Parsons office for a full breakdown of costs.

That said, we don’t want you to have any unwelcome surprises when it comes to signing the contract, so here’s a list of what you can typically expect to pay:
