We may have won the coveted Estate Agency of the Year Award in 2016, but we remain focused on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our high standards are maintained. Indeed, 98% of sellers said that we met or exceeded their expectations this year. In particular, our local market knowledge, professionalism, and people going ‘above and beyond’ to deliver excellent service and great results for our clients, really stood out.
Overall, sellers were very happy to recommend Marsh & Parsons to their friends and families. In fact, 98% either would or already had! We work hard to ensure each client receives the care and attention they deserve when buying or selling a property, and many stated that it was their estate agent’s expertise, providing an accurate valuation, and the local market advice that led to such excellent results. One anonymous contributor said that “they couldn’t have asked for more” from the team who sold their property.
Furthermore, clients who had purchased a property through Marsh & Parsons were also overwhelmingly positive about their experience, with 96% stating they would, or already have, recommend us. The terms ‘professional,’ ‘helpful’ and ‘excellent’ were given time and again and, proudly, our local know-how really shone through. Buying a property can be stressful, so it was great to see that 9 out of 10 buyers were satisfied that we kept them well-informed throughout the process.
