Brand & Business Development
- Act as a brand ambassador for M&P, ensuring all marketing output is to a consistently high standard and within the company’s brand guidelines.
- To promote and grow M&P’s RDI brand within the industry.
- Implement new marketing strategies in line with the business plan growth strategy.
- Work with RDI management team to manage and allocate marketing budget based on careful analysis of market trends and campaign results.
- Work with RDI Directors, clients and MaisonComms to create PR initiatives and implement campaigns.
- Help create and review quotes provided by RDI Directors.
- To manage and take responsibility for junior marketing executive, setting KPI’s through performance appraisals and nurturing talent to ensure career development.
Website & Portals
- Act as gatekeeper and take overall responsibility to ensure consistency.
- Work with central marketing team to further develop and enhance RDI website sections.
- Maximise web portal listings and take responsibility for all content.
WeChat & Asia Marketing
- Implement and oversee WeChat account and overall Asia marketing campaign.
- Work with 3rd party provider to ensure creative and content is in brand and effective.
- Liaise with client teams to create new initiatives and where possible get budget contributions for specific campaigns.
- Work with M&P China Desk to gather and analyse data – reporting to management team on campaign results and direct sales results.
- Specific KPI for WeChat following and direct sales to be put in place.
Project & Creative Support
- Assist M&P project team and various client marketing teams on writing creative briefs and working alongside creative agencies, designers etc. to produce marketing collateral for key projects.
- Work with project teams to create and implement new initiatives to help promote projects and increase inbound enquiry levels leading to direct M&P sales.
- Support project team in managing marketing activity calendars for each live project, meeting deadlines and budgets and collate monthly outreach reports for each development.
- Work with central marketing team in taking control of award submissions.
- Manage Social Media schedule and proactively seek content from the wider team and clients in order to maximise exposure across all platforms.
- Take responsibility for RDI collateral.
- Create a new improved project portfolio and keep updated.
- Create RDI service line overview document which will be used for business generation.
- Take responsibility for the New Homes EDM campaigns, working with project Directors.
- Being point of contact with client marketing manager to ensure both sets of brand guidelines are met, agreeing timing, format and design.
- Provide regular updates to management and marketing team on success of campaigns and searching for new innovative opportunities to maximise electronic communication to our database.
- Carefully manage the level of exposure our database receives.
- Work with central marketing team and Area Sales Directors to create and install New Homes focused front office displays and model placements where applicable.
- Always with the brand guidelines in mind and not to the detriment of the front office activity.
- Take responsibility for client engagement.
- Take responsibility for all New Homes events and project launches – both in the UK & overseas.
- Work with project and client teams to ensure suitable preparation, promotion and success.
- Look for new event opportunities and 3rd party businesses to work alongside to help promote our business and projects.
Measuring & Reporting
- Measure all marketing activity and analysis by collaborating with project leads and through Reapit.
- Regular reporting of this activity and the subsequent results.
