Job title: New Homes Sales Negotiator

Location: New Oxford Street

Remuneration: Fantastic package, comprising a basic plus un-capped commission

We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join our RDI department. RDI has grown from strength to strength and won a significant number of New Homes instructions to date. This is an excellent opportunity to build a fast-growing business, both in London and abroad - and be rewarded along the way. We are interested to speak with driven professionals with 1 to 10 years industry experience working as a Sales / New Homes Sales Negotiator.

The New Homes Sales Consultant is responsible for driving and negotiating sales of New Homes properties. As a New Homes Sales Consultant you need to be dedicated to providing excellent customer service to both the Developer, potential buyer as well as abreast of market information, trends and conditions in order to source and maximise new potential buyers.


Key Responsibilities:

•Consistently meet and exceed financial targets for New Homes sales.


•Fully qualify applicants gaining a thorough understanding of the applicant’s motivation for their search in order to design the best possible tour for them.


•Use innovative techniques to identify and source an applicant database to lead to a sale of a New Homes property.


•Ensure that the New Homes sales process is thoroughly explained to all prospective buyers and that they remain informed throughout the process.


•Ensure new developments are shared with relevant buyers as soon as they come onto the market endeavouring to book a viewing quickly.


•Book daily viewing appointments for New Homes properties ensuring they are as structured and fruitful as possible, and consistently conduct 'view-check’ follow up.


•Thoroughly utilise the existing Company RPS database to source and canvass applicants that are already registered and identifying profiles for buyers that may be interested in a New Homes property. Use innovative techniques to identify and source an applicant database to lead to a sale of a New Homes property.


•Ensure M&P negotiators know the New Homes properties intimately and include them in their viewing tours with appropriate buyers. Be confident in briefing relevant front offices of new instructions in or near their region.


•Prepare vendor feedback via weekly client reporting on developments to ensure the New Homes Director can provide vendors with accurate and informed updates (including number of viewings, where leads come from, etc.)


•Attend regular launches for New Homes events and endeavour to sell properties during the events.


•Remain abreast of the growing New Homes market, across London - maintain and develop knowledge of competing schemes to ensure competitive advantage is maintained.


•Be an ambassador for the internal PR of the department and make every effort to attend monthly sales meetings, business and team building events as scheduled from time to time.
