The role of an In-House Recruiter is to support and work along side the recruitment team in sourcing and hiring talent into the Company across all departments, whilst minimising void periods.
Sourcing candidates directly, managing the recruitment inbox to ensure that every application receives a response, manage and maintain a great working relationship with our suppliers, candidate screening, interviewing and general administration.
Previous knowledge of the recruitment process, ideally two years' experience within a recruitment team. The ability to adapt within a fast and constantly changing environment, proven customer service skills, confident and personable demeanour and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
We are looking for someone who possesses bags of energy and enthusiasm and a can-do attitude; someone who is emotionally intelligent, takes personal pride in the work that they do, as well as being exceptionally organised.
