Our Client Accountants provide support and administration to our internal office network and advice regarding all financial queries.
Working closely with our Lettings, Tenancy and Property Management departments, you will be joining a friendly and well-established team. General responsibilities include but are not limited to, accurately setting up new tenancies and rasing fees, recalculating fees based on variable factors, accurately calculating and processing refunds, compiling data within deadlines and general admin duties.
Previous knowledge and expercience working with client account software is desired along with strong customer service skills, good verbal and written communication, numerical accuracy and the abilty to manage a busy workload.
