London Cocktail Week: Properties with Bars
Mon 01 Oct 2018
Now in its ninth year, London Cocktail Week returns this October and promises to be bigger and better than ever. For only £10, attendees will have access to a variety of pop-up cocktail bars, offering delicious drinks at a reduced price, exclusive parties and entry to the Cocktail Village. To celebrate the capital’s favourite hobby, we’ve put together a selection of beautiful properties, each boasting a fabulous bar or wine rack to entertain your guests.
Bryanston House, W1U
Located moments from the world-renowned Chiltern Firehouse, the marble and wood-panelled bar in this stunning three-bedroom apartment is the perfect spot for a night cap with friends.
Wellington Court, SW1X
Situated in one of London’s most desirable locations, this spectacular six-bedroom penthouse apartment features mirrored panelling throughout. Luxury-loving tenants can enjoy a cocktail in the padded booth, before retiring to one of the six terraces to take in the beautiful views across the city.
Bentinck Street, W1U
Benefitting from the potential to extend into the 720 sqft loft, this beautiful three-bedroom period maisonette features a fabulous walk-in bar. Located in the centre of Marylebone, this apartment is sure to be a popular spot for a post-dinner tipple.
Fullerton Road, SW18
The wood-panelled, stand-alone bar in this beautiful four-bedroom house looks like it belongs in a Mexican beach bar, rather than a pretty tree-lined street in Wandsworth Town. Lucky tenants can sip mezcal cocktails, before retiring to the spacious living area.
Corsellis Square, TW1
Located in an award-winning development, this stunning five-bedroom house offers the perfect balance between luxurious entertaining space and comfortable bedroom accommodation. With dark wood panelling reminiscent of the 50s, the bar area boasts beautiful views of the surrounding gardens.
The Crescent, SW13
Situated in the heart of Barnes Village, this beautiful six-bedroom family home features a snug with a floor-to-ceiling wine rack. Just imagine reclining on the chaise longue whilst sipping a glass of sauvignon blanc and listening to relaxing tunes on the piano.
Formosa Street, W9
Whilst this beautiful four-bedroom property may not have a stand-alone bar, the perfectly positioned, full-length wine fridge means we just had to include it. Boasting a covered garden and open-plan kitchen/dining room, the entertaining space is the ideal spot for post-dinner cocktails.
St Helens Gardens, W10
Featuring unique interiors and decoration throughout, this superb four-bedroom house is a host’s dream. The beautiful blue sideboard houses an array of liqueurs to be mixed at the striking breakfast bar and enjoyed with guests around the kitchen table.
Eaton Mews North, SW1X
Located on a picturesque cobbled street in Belgravia, this beautifully presented three-bedroom property is the perfect dinner party spot. Featuring a three-column wine rack in the dining room, guests can choose their drink of choice from the table, so conversation never has to be interrupted.
