2016 marks ten years of conducting our Customer Satisfaction Surveys, and and it's great to see that we've maintained our high level of outstanding service and results, for both landlords and tenants, as the business continues to grow. Both tenants and landlords marked us as 'Excellent' the most, and the words 'Professional' and 'Efficient' were most prominent in describing Marsh & Parsons service.

Almost 90% of landlords instructed just one or two agents to let their property which, considering there is no extra costs to instruct multiple agents, reassures us that landlords have complete faith in the calibre of service Marsh & Parsons provides. Nine out of ten landlords were satisfied with the level of marketing, and 83% of Landlords were impressed with our ability to achieve the best possible price for their London investment property.

Many of our landlords expressed that we are their go-to local agent, and they trust us to 'deliver good quality tenants,' 'take care of everything,' and 'think outside the box' to achieve the best possible result. From their long-standing relationships with Marsh & Parsons, our landlords stay with us year after year to manage their properties.

And it seems our tenants agree - 10% of our current tenants were recommended to us, and a quarter of our tenants reported we found them a property within just days of searching.

Over 50 members of our lettings team were commended personally. One client even responded by stating this was 'not a fair question to ask' who they would commend, as all Marsh & Parsons staff were so helpful!

Thank you to all the landlords and tenants who have filled in this survey. In return for their responses, we offered the opportunity to choose one of three charities to receive a £5 donation. We were delighted to raise a total of £1,085 for our three chosen charities: £290 for Trinity Hospice, £515 for Great Ormond Street Hospital and £280 for St Mungos.
