As the business continues to grow, we're committed to ensuring that our high standards of customer satisfaction are maintained. Indeed, 2016 marks the tenth consecutive year we've invested in our Customer Satisfaction Survey research, and almost 90% of our sellers said they either would, or already had recommended us to their friends and family! Our "professionalism", "local knowledge", and our "commitment to achieving the best result for both buyers and sellers", were evident throughout the results.
When buyers were asked what attracted them to Marsh & Parsons, more than half already knew us, had noticed our local offices, or seen our local For Sale boards around their neighbourhood. One happy client also stated that our "local knowledge, familiarity with the local neighbourhood, and history of sales on the street" gave them confidence we were the best agent for the job for selling their property.
Unprompted, many sellers also commented on the level and quality of marketing for their property. Impressed by the Marsh & Parsons brand, we delivered excellent photography and advertising exposure, upheld thorough communication throughout the marketing campaign, and several sellers stated that this contributed to us 'really getting the best possible price' for their property.
We'd like to thank all the buyers and sellers who kindly filled in our survey. In return for their responses, we offered them the opportunity to choose one of three charities who would receive a £5 donation. We were delighted to raise a total of £1,085 for our three chosen charities: £290 for Trinity Hospice, £515 for Great Ormond Street Hospital and £280 for St Mungos.
