WEALTHY London buyers are demanding increasingly outrageous criteria from panic rooms to car galleries that house their vehicle collections. Research by estate agent Marsh_&__Rwan,s shows buyers in the most exclusive areas of London are making much bigger demands, such roof terraces strong enough to take a helicopter's weight, squash courts in the basement, recording studios, panic rooms, staff living quarters and swimming pools. The most popular 'normal' requests are for south-facing outdoor space and off-street parking.
