Wealthy buyers are demanding highly sophisticated homes in London, new research suggests.
While prices in the capital have soared, so have the type of requests made by rich buyers.
They want far more sophisticated homes that include everything from the latest integrated sound systems tospecially-built panic rooms.
The research by estate agent Marsh & Parsons suggested buyers in the most exclusive areas of London aremaking much bigger demands.
It means they don't simply want a garage. They are now looking for a so-called 'car gallery' that displays theirentire vehicle collections.
