Marsh & Parsons ventures into Queen's Park

Marsh & Parsons has added to its office network with a new branch in Queens Park, unveiled on Monday 27thApril.
Following the estate agencys successful opening in Shoreditch earlier this year, the Queens Park office willstrengthen the business in North West London, complementing its existing presence in North Kensington andLittle Venice. The site on Salusbury Road has been extensively remodelled and beautifully designed by BarrGazetas, costing 200,000 in total.
The Queen's Park branch is the second new office Marsh & Parsons has launched in 2015 so far, and is its 24branch in the capital. There are plans to open an additional two new offices this year, as part of an ambitiousgrowth strategy.
To celebrate the opening, Marsh & Parsons is offering homeowners in the area a special 0% sales fee over thenext three months, until 24 July 2015. This is a significant discount from the standard 2% commission and willsave local customers approximately 15,500 per sale on average.

Bringing almost 10 years of experience to the role, Callum Hodgson is taking up the position as Sales Manager. Prior to this, Callum has worked in and successfully managed offices across North London, so joins Marsh &Parsons with a wealth of local knowledge.
Tatiana Neves is the branchs Letting Manager. She has worked nearby in Marsh & Parsons North Kensingtonoffice since 2012, standing her in great stead for this new role in neighbouring Queen's Park.
