Most recent record: We recently sold a ground and lower ground floor apartment on Lexham Gardens for very close to 2,000 per square foot.
Most expensive property: A house on Essex Villas.
Strangest property sold: I sold a property that belonged to a lady of the night once!
Most specific request: To have enough room for a music studio.

Most recent record: 1,850 per square foot for a fouth floor walk up in SW5.

Strangest property sold: A half landing cupboard studio.

Most random request: After a viewing in SW5, the buyer asked me to drive them back to their home in Islington!

Most specific request: A north-facing room for an artist - it's because the light is better apparently.

Number of properties sold: In my career?! Hundreds!
Most recent record: We're just about to exchange on a first floor, one-bedroom flat in Pimlico for 995,000 and almost 1,600 per square foot.
Strangest property sold: Rio Cottage on Grosvenor Road, a tiny detached cottage right on the Thames.
Most notable sale: I've sold the same flat on Ebury Street twice without marketing it either time.
Most random request: "Can you fit all four of us in your Smart car?"

Most memorable sale: A 1.2 million property in 1995 - that was a big price back in the day!
Strangest property sold: One full of Christmas decorations...in June.
Most unusal viewing: A house with approximately 20 cats leaping around.
Most specific request: A property that wasn't overlooked by any others, so the buyer could freely walk around naked. Well. That's what he told me at least!
