London Agent's Fourth New Branch
Wed 01 Oct 2014
Marsh & Parsons is opening its fourth new ofice this year, this time in Camden - and it's being launched with a Foxtons-style 0% sales fee for the first three months.
The office, opening on Wednesday, is the firm's first to exclusively cover north London, although it already has a presence in Little Venice and Marylebone.
Marsh & Parsons claims the new office has involved a 500,000 refurbishment and the sales will be headed by Enna-Mae Assiter, joining the firm after 10 years working elsewhere in London.
The firm claims the Foxtons-style launch offer will save customers an average of around 20,000 per sale, based on a typical 2.0 percent commission of a typical sale price over the past year. Marsh & Parsons claims this is 1,016,378 according to Zoopla.
Rupert Osborne will be taking up the role of lettings manager having worked at the company since 2012.
