Property I'd most like on my books... We currently have a fantastic three-bedroom apartment with huge potential on Goldhawk Road. It is incredibly unique as it has a 140ft garden, which backs onto Ravenscourt Park.
Best place to invest... In my opinion, any of the streets just off Askew Road, such as Percy Road or Vespan Road, are great investments. You can still buy a nice two-bedroom flat with outside space for under 600,000, with potential for good capital growth and rental returns.
Most interesting property I've been involved with... Definitely a four-bedroom house that we've just sold on Wingate Road. It's an incredible property, situated on one of the most desirable streets in the area. The owners were local property investors, but this house had been in their family for generations so the sale was very signifcant for them.
Toughest sale and why?All transactions have their challenges, but now more than ever I'm seeing the value in using a good solicitor, as well as buyers having their finances in place early on. Due to the changes in mortgage regulations, it's imperative to get organised as soon as you start the process of buying.
