Acquisitions director joins Marsh & Parsons

Marsh & Parsons has appointed Simon Maine-Tucker as acquisitions director to its residential development and investment department Maine-Tucker has previously worked with Sir John Ritbiar and the British Land Quantum Fund. Most recently he spent 14 years as director of London & Medway, a property investment company specialising in the acquisition of land, buildings and investments. I am thrilled to be part of this growing team and looking forward to working closely with both my existing and new clients. Identifying and acquiring development opportunities on their behalf will generate significant value to their existing portfolios, said Maine-Tucker.
