Press Release: Marsh & Parsons continues expansion with two new offices in Richmond and East Sheen

The unveiling of two new branches this September marks continued growth for Marsh & Parsons, and with another due to be launched in October, the company has succeeded in opening four new offices in total during 2014.
The two new offices will be located in Richmond and East Sheen, to strengthen and expand on their already very strong presence in Barnes. Both office sites have undergone a state-of-the-art refurbishment at a combined cost of 400,000, including the installation of a media wall at the Richmond branch.
To mark the occasion, Marsh & Parsons will be offering to sell homes in these areas for a special 0% sales fee for the first three months following the launch, until 5th December in East Sheen and 12th December in Richmond. This represents a discount from the standard 2% commission and will save customers in the area an average fee of 18,000-20,000*.

The sales manager for Richmond will be Rex Chalmers, who will be bringing great experience to the role from their Kensington branch, having previously managed two successful offices before joining Marsh & Parsons. Douglas Booth will be taking up the position of Lettings Manager for Richmond. He has worked at the company for over three years, and was previously the Acting Lettings Manager in the South Kensington office, and more recently the valuer in the Chelsea branch.
The sales manager for East Sheen will be David Hill, who has been with Marsh & Parsons for more than four years, and has most recently been running the Chelsea office. In prior roles, David has worked across West London, giving him an impressive knowledge of the area. The Lettings Manager for East Sheen is Charlie McCosh, who is currently valuer at the Brook Green office, and who has over two years experience as a negotiator in Barnes.
