New Acquisitions Director for Marsh & Parsons

Marsh & Parsons has recruited Simon Maine-Tucker as Acquisitions Director to its Residential Development & Investment department, and has also hired Rebecca Derbyshire to the New Homes team. Maine-Tucker (pictured) joins after spending 14 years as Director of property investment firm London & Medway, and previously worked with Sir John Ritblat and the British Land Quantum Fund. Charles Holland, Head of Marsh and Parsons Residential Development and Investments department: Simon is a fantastic addition to our Residential Development business and we are delighted to have him on board. He brings with him 30 years of experience and knowledge of development within the Capital, having worked on a significant number of projects with a broad range of clients. This broad experience is of invaluable benefit to the Marsh & Parsons development offer, at a key stage of its evolution. I am also delighted to welcome Rebecca to Marsh & Parsons New Homes team. Working across development consultancy and sales agency, her strong track record is well aligned to the needs of this exciting and rapidly expanding team.
