Property I'd most like on my books and why?
A property on Cadogan Gardens; I love the buzz of Sloane Square, which is just a short walk away, yet the gardens provide a very tranqil and beautiful setting.
The best place to invest?
The development of Lots Road Power Station will inevitably push prices up at the Western End of the Kings Road, as it becomes even more attractive to buyers and tenants.

At the end of last year,I sold 1 Richard's Place, which was a beautiful cottage arranged over two floors, but had only 560 sq ft (the average size of a one bedroom flat!) The property was unlike anything else in the area and we achieved a price of 1.35m, which is nearly 2,500 per sq ft for a freehold property.
The toughest sale and why..
The buyers of a Chelsea Cloisters apartment was based abroad and used a foreign bank so there were delays with arranging the finance. It was hard work to get the property through to exchange, but our persistence and relationship with a great mortgage broker meant we completed the transaction in good time.
