Of course, Its also important to to take into account many other variables, including the square footage, the condition, the street, the lease lenght (if applicable) and the light and aspect of the property. We will provide our clients with guidance and advise regarding the value of their asset and work together to decide on the market and pricing stratiegy to suit their onward plan.
