Marsh & Parsons' staff to support Crisis this Christmas
Sun 01 Dec 2013
For the fourth year running, Ben Wilson, senior sales negotiator at Marsh & Parsons, will sacrifice his own Christmas celebrations to volunteer at London's homeless charity, Crisis. Every year, ten Crisis centres across London open their doors between the 23rd and 31st December to support the homeless. Ben who will be based at the Hammersmith Centre, will ensure that those who pass through the doors receive hot meals, health checks, a clean set of clothes, a haircut and a bed for the night. Ben said, "I decided to start volunteering for Crisis because I find it shocking that such a wealthy and developed capital like London, has so many homeless people. I wanted to show my support during, what is for many, an incredibly lonely time of year. I really felt I was making a difference to so many people and that's why this will be the fourth year I've been involved."
