Marsh & Parsons respond to Land Registry

Fri 26 Jun 2009

Peter Rollings, managing director of Marsh & Parsons said: "This is such a small change its practically negligible. This is a bathtub-shaped slump and at the moment we are still bouncing along the bottom. We arent going to see any big improvements this year and these small changes up or down - will continue for another six months. At the moment, we are looking at some recovery in prices around next spring and thats when well finally start climbing out of the proverbial bathtub. Until then, well continue to see small movements in average prices - although they may begin to start creeping up towards the end of the year."

(January 1995:100)
