Marsh & Parsons has appointed Siobhan Staunton as head of new homes. Staunton has previously worked at St George and at Ward Homes, managing sales and marketing developments across central London.
"I have always loved the vibrancy and diversity of London property, and in particular the exciting and fast-moving new homes market. I am looking forward to working with Marsh & Parsons' many existing clients and helping to build what is already a great London brand, into one of the new homes market's main players," said Staunton.
As part of Marsh & Parsons' planned expansion, the firm is launching its 19th office, located on the site of the former Beatles Apple boutique on London's Baker Street, which opened in 1967. The new 300,000 refurbished office contains a huge media wall and a glass and steel staircase with room for 16 staff. CEO Peter Rollings said: 'This will be our fourth office in Westminster and a perfect fit with our existing offices. The opening reflects our current expansion plans across the capital. The new branch will bring the Marsh & Parsons experience of top customer service to Marylebone, Bloomsbury and up to Regent's Park.
