Marsh & Parsons launch latest branch opening in former Beatles Apple store

Marsh & Parsons is proud to announce the opening of their 19th office on London's Baker Street - the site of the famous Beatles Apple Store - as part of the agency's expansion across the capital.
To celebrate the opening, Marsh & Parsons will be offering a 0% sales fee for the first three months following the launch until Friday 30th August. This represents a reduction from a standard commission of 2.5% and will save customers in the area an average of nearly 25,000.
The new 300,000 refurbished office contains a huge media wall and a glass and steel staircase with room for 16 staff. Peter Rollings, Chief executive of Marsh & Parsons, says "This will be our 4th office in Westminster a perfect fit with our existing offices.
The opening reflects our current expansion plans across the capital "The demand for property across Marylebone is high with fashionable shops, restaurants and bars to suit all pockets. The new branch will bring the Marsh & Parsons experience of top customer service to Marylebone, Bloomsbury and up to Regent's Park."
The Beatles Apple Store opened in 1967 and sold books, jewellry and clothes. The launch of the psychedelic shop saw John Lennon and Gerorge Harrison play hosts to guests including Eric Clapton, Jack Bruce , the former Cream bassist, Cilla Black and Kenneth Tynan, the theatre critic.
